Safety and Community Guidelines

These guidelines apply to members, business representatives, OrbitMakers and Ambassadors across iMeetPlace and related Meets. They supplement our Terms and Privacy Policy. Safety advice reduces risk; it cannot guarantee another person's conduct or an activity's safety.

1. Be accurate and use your own account

Accounts are for people aged 18 or older. Do not impersonate others, misstate eligibility, invent a business or bypass account restrictions. Protect your login and do not share privileged dashboard access. A verification badge describes particular checks; it does not guarantee safety, qualifications or endorsement.

2. Plan a safer first meeting

Choose a public, populated place, tell someone you trust your plans and arrange a way to leave independently. Confirm the location and booking directly through the stated process. Protect your drink and belongings, stay alert and follow lawful venue instructions. You may decline an invitation or leave whenever you feel unsafe.

3. Respect consent and personal boundaries

A match, chat, reservation, payment or previous meeting is not consent to physical contact, sexual activity, recording or a change of plans. Consent must be freely given and can be withdrawn. Do not pressure someone to drink, take substances, go somewhere private or continue an interaction. Respect a refusal and stop unwanted contact.

4. No abuse, exploitation or intimidation

Threats, violence, stalking, harassment, hate-based abuse, unlawful discrimination, sexual coercion, trafficking and exploitation are prohibited. Do not follow someone through other accounts or channels after they ask you to stop. Do not threaten exposure of private information or intimate images. Content exploiting children is prohibited and should be reported without copying or redistributing it.

5. Protect private information and interactions

Do not expose another person's home address, location, contact details, private dashboard records or messages without authorization. Do not record or share private video interactions without the required permissions. iMeetPlace's no-recording promise does not prevent another participant from capturing a screen. You may lawfully preserve and share relevant evidence with appropriate support, professional advisers or authorities.

6. Avoid scams and misleading payments

Never share account passwords, verification codes or financial credentials. Be cautious about urgent requests for money, gift cards, cryptocurrency or investment opportunities from someone you meet online. Verify an external ticket seller and its destination before paying. Legitimate business booking links and approved promotions are allowed; phishing, deceptive redirects and unsolicited bulk messages are not.

7. Businesses must provide safe and accurate services

Businesses must describe their services, prices, availability, cancellation conditions and participation restrictions accurately. Maintain necessary permits, appropriately qualified personnel, safe equipment and legally required insurance. Explain relevant age, health, skill, weather and accessibility limits before booking, including for classes, boats, flights and adventure activities. Do not pressure participants to ignore safety instructions or personal limits. A listing or VIP placement is not certification by iMeetPlace.

8. Keep reviews, referrals and promotion honest

Do not fabricate identities, Meets, check-ins, bookings, attendance, reviews or referral qualifications. Do not buy favorable reviews or punish honest criticism. Clearly disclose paid promotion and relevant referral relationships. OrbitMaker and Ambassador duties do not justify spam, unsafe participation or false earning claims. Use authorized business links and promotional features honestly and within their stated scope.

9. Report concerns without putting yourself at risk

Use available in-app reporting/blocking controls or email contact-us@imeetplace.com. Identify the account, business, content or Meet and explain what happened. Do not investigate by confronting someone or obtaining records unlawfully. Good-faith reports and leaving an unsafe Meet must not automatically trigger attendance or reward penalties; request safety review of a disputed outcome. Refunds and valid earnings follow their applicable terms and law. Confidentiality agreements do not prevent protected reporting or require prior permission for it.

For immediate danger, contact local emergency services: 911 in the United States; 112 in the European Union. Elsewhere use the applicable local emergency number. iMeetPlace and its email inbox are not emergency services; do not wait for our reply.

10. Fair enforcement and review

We assess reports and may request corrections, remove content or links, restrict features, suspend access or terminate an account under the Terms. Action depends on evidence, seriousness, risk and applicable law. Urgent protection may precede notice where lawful. We provide reasons and review routes as required; contact contact-us@imeetplace.com to contest a decision. Deliberately fabricated reports are prohibited; an unproven good-faith report is not automatically false. Mandatory rights remain protected.
