Terms of Use

Effective date: September 8, 2026

These terms are an agreement between you and iMeetPlace LLC ("iMeetPlace", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the iMeetPlace app or website you accept them. If you do not agree, do not use iMeetPlace.

1. Who can use iMeetPlace

You must be 18 or older, able to enter a binding agreement, and not previously removed from iMeetPlace. Business accounts must be authorised to act for the venue they claim.

2. Your account

Keep your sign-in private and tell us about any unauthorised use. One account per person. Give accurate information, use recent photos of yourself, and keep your profile up to date.

3. Community rules

Be respectful. You agree not to:

• harass, threaten, stalk or abuse anyone, on or off the app;
• post content that is illegal, hateful, sexually explicit, violent or misleading, or that belongs to someone else;
• misrepresent who you are, your age, or your intentions;
• solicit money, sell goods or services, or promote other businesses to members;
• use iMeetPlace for anything unlawful, or interfere with how it works.

We may remove content, limit features or close accounts that break these rules, at our discretion and without notice where safety requires it.

4. Meets, check-in and reliability

A Meet is a plan between two members at a real place. Accepting an invite is a commitment. iMeetPlace records check-ins, verified Meets, cancellations and afterward ratings, and shows each member's rating, number of Meets and Show Rate. Missed Meets and late cancellations may temporarily limit what you can do (for example how far ahead you can plan). These measures exist to keep Meets real and are applied as described in the app.

5. Safety

iMeetPlace does not run background checks on members. Meet in public places, tell someone where you are going (Share My Meet does this in one tap), and report anything that worries you from the person's profile. We review reports, but you are responsible for your own interactions and decisions.

6. Venues and businesses

Venues that claim a listing agree to keep it accurate, honour tables they hold and offers they post, and treat members fairly. Plans, boosts and VIP blocks are billed as shown in the app; charges are made at purchase and monthly plans renew until cancelled. VIP blocks are limited per area and are not refundable once the block has started. Receipts are emailed to the billing address on file.

7. iMeetPlace Plus

Plus is a subscription bought through the App Store or Google Play, billed by Apple or Google under their terms. Manage or cancel it in your store account; it renews until you do.

8. Content and licence

You own what you post. You give iMeetPlace a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, display and share your content within the service so the app can work (for example showing your photos to other members). We may remove content that breaks these terms.

9. Our service

We work hard to keep iMeetPlace available but do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that any Meet will happen. iMeetPlace is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, iMeetPlace is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

10. Ending your account

You can delete your account at any time from Me › Delete my account. We can suspend or close accounts that break these terms or put others at risk.

11. Disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Before starting any claim, contact us at contact-us@imeetplace.com so we can try to resolve it. Any dispute that cannot be resolved will be brought in the state or federal courts located in San Diego County, California.

12. Changes

We may update these terms. For material changes we will tell you in the app before they take effect. Continued use after that means you accept the new terms.
