Cookie Policy
What this policy covers
This policy explains the cookies and similar technologies used on our website and in the iMeetPlace app, what they do, how long information is kept, and the choices available to you. The website and app may use different technologies; the details below identify where each one applies.
Similar technologies include browser local storage, app storage, device identifiers and software components that store information on, or read information from, your device. The Privacy Policy explains the related personal-information processing, recipients and your rights.
The short version
- Website (www.imeetplace.com): one necessary item is stored — your choice about optional cookies. The website has one optional purpose, website analytics (Google Analytics), which stays off until you allow it on the first-visit notice or under Privacy choices. There is no advertising, no pixels and no embedded third-party content, and the fonts are served from our own site.
- Sign-in and website security: two necessary cookies on relevant iMeetPlace web pages, including sign-in and business-account pages, keep you signed in, protect forms and provide requested services.
- App (iOS and Android): the app keeps what it needs to work — your sign-in, a copy of your own account, an invite code you opened and an identifier for your privacy choice. Notifications you allow are delivered through Google, and Video Hello calls run through Daily. The app has one optional purpose, usage and crash reports, which stays off until you allow it in Settings › Privacy choices.
Necessary and optional
Necessary technologies are needed to provide the service you request, to protect it, or to remember your privacy choice. They are active for that function and each one is described below. A technology is not necessary merely because it is useful to iMeetPlace.
Optional technologies serve a separate purpose, such as understanding how the app is used. They start off, you can allow or refuse them with equal ease, and you can change your choice at any time. Withdrawing permission is as easy as granting it: we stop the affected collection and remove the identifiers under our control where technically possible. We do not treat scrolling, silence, closing a notice, installing an update or continuing to use the service as consent.
Your choices
On the website. The first-visit notice offers Accept optional cookies, Reject optional cookies and Manage choices with equal prominence. Website analytics loads only after you accept; if you reject, close the notice without choosing, or your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, it stays off and nothing from Google is loaded. Your choice is recorded in your browser only (it is not sent to our servers) and is not agreement to our Terms. You can change it or withdraw at any time on the Privacy choices page: withdrawing stops the collection and removes the analytics cookies this site set.
In the app. Settings › Privacy choices controls the one optional purpose, Share usage & crash reports. It is off until you decide. You can allow it, refuse it or change your mind at any time; if your choice cannot be saved, optional uses stay off. Your choice applies to the app only: allowing notifications, camera, microphone or location in your phone's settings is not consent to usage reports, and a new app version or an updated policy does not change your choice.
How long your choice is kept. On the website, your choice lasts until you clear this site's data, reset it under Privacy choices, or this inventory changes (the notice then asks again). In the app, your choice is kept on your phone and as a receipt on our servers showing the purpose, the inventory version and the time — never cookie values or browsing history.

Business performance and ticket links
iMeetPlace provides relevant business and Admin performance information. The source and purpose of an event determine whether it is necessary operational information or optional tracking. Choosing a booking or ticket link is not permission to track unrelated browsing or your activity on the external site.
When you open an external business booking or ticket link, its provider controls cookies on the destination. Its own notice and choices apply. The information iMeetPlace records about that outbound action is explained in our Privacy Policy. We do not treat a click as evidence of a completed external purchase.
Browser and device controls, and privacy signals
You may use browser controls to remove or block cookies, or device settings to change supported permissions. Blocking necessary storage can affect sign-in or a requested function; refusing optional uses never requires you to stop using the core service.
We do not sell or share personal information and we do not use targeted advertising, so there is no sale, sharing or targeted-advertising activity for a browser signal to switch off. Our website reads the Global Privacy Control signal: when your browser sends it, optional analytics stays off unless you turn it on yourself under Privacy choices. The website and app do not read Do Not Track. If such activity were ever introduced, we would honor legally recognized universal opt-out signals where required, explain their device or account scope, provide the required opt-out control and update this policy before the activity starts.
Cookie and privacy choices do not grant permission to access your camera, microphone, precise location, contacts or biometric information. We use separate explanations and permission steps where applicable. A business subscription, staff login or signed OrbitMaker or Ambassador agreement does not consent to optional tracking.
