This policy explains cookies and similar technologies used on the iMeetPlace website and in related web/app experiences, including People and business dashboards. Similar technologies include local storage, pixels, device identifiers and software components that store information on, or read information from, a device. The Privacy Policy explains related personal-information processing, recipients and your rights.
Some technologies are needed for a service you request, such as secure sign-in or remembering your privacy choice. Optional technologies serve separate purposes such as usage analytics or optional personalization. We explain the purposes and providers before asking for permission and keep optional technologies off until you choose to allow them.
| Category | Purpose and choice |
|---|---|
| Strictly necessary | Only uses objectively needed to provide the service you request, protect that service or remember your privacy choice. These are always active for the relevant function and are individually described in the inventory below. A technology is not necessary merely because it is useful to iMeetPlace. |
No optional preference, analytics, marketing/advertising or embedded third-party content technologies are in use today. Our website loads no third-party scripts, pixels or embedded content, and its fonts are served from our own site. If an optional purpose is ever added, it stays off until you have been informed and have made your choice.
Because no optional technologies are in use, the first-visit notice only asks you to acknowledge it (Got it). Should optional purposes be introduced, Accept optional cookies, Reject optional cookies and Manage choices appear before any of them start. We do not treat scrolling, silence, closing a notice or continuing to use the service as consent.
You can reopen Privacy choices from the website footer and applicable app settings to change your choices at any time. Withdrawing permission is as easy as granting it. We stop the affected optional processing and remove identifiers under our control where technically possible, notify relevant providers and handle deletion requests as required. Browser tools can remove storage controlled by other sites. Withdrawal does not invalidate processing that was lawful before withdrawal.
Our current preference record lasts until you clear your browser storage, reset it under Privacy choices, or this inventory changes materially (the notice then asks again). Browser/device changes, storage deletion or a material change in purposes/providers can require a new choice. We do not repeatedly ask simply because you rejected optional use. Website and native-app controls show their actual scope; a browser setting is not silently treated as consent on every device.
The table lists every technology verified in the website, the server pages and the iOS/Android app as of the effective date. Nothing else is set or read.

Some information, such as a limited server security log generated when your browser requests a page, may be processed without setting a cookie. That information is still subject to our Privacy Policy and applicable data-protection rules. Sending information through our server does not remove a consent requirement that applies to collecting it from your device or using it for an optional purpose.
iMeetPlace provides relevant business and Admin performance information. The source and purpose of an event determine whether it is necessary operational information or optional tracking. Choosing a booking or ticket link is not permission to track unrelated browsing or your activity on the external site.
When you open an external business booking/ticket link, its provider controls cookies on the destination. Its own notice and choices apply. The information iMeetPlace records about that outbound action is explained in our Privacy Policy. We do not treat a click as evidence of a completed external purchase.
You may use browser controls to remove or block cookies, or device settings to change supported permissions. Blocking necessary storage can affect sign-in or a requested function; rejecting optional cookies does not require you to stop using the core service.
We do not sell or share personal information and we do not use targeted advertising, so there is no sale, sharing or targeted-advertising activity for a browser signal to switch off. Our website and app do not currently read Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signals. If such activity were ever introduced, we would honor legally recognized universal opt-out signals where required, explain their device or account scope, provide the required opt-out control and update this policy before the activity starts.
Cookie choices do not grant permission to access your camera, microphone, precise location, contacts or biometric information. We use separate explanations and permission/consent steps where applicable. A business subscription, staff login or signed OrbitMaker/Ambassador agreement does not consent to optional tracking.
Contact iMeetPlace LLC at contact-us@imeetplace.com about cookies or privacy choices. Our mailing address is 5830 E 2nd St, Ste. 7000 #1046, Casper, WY 82609, United States. The Privacy Policy provides further privacy-request information.
We publish changes with the actual last-updated date and effective date. New purposes or providers requiring fresh consent stay off until you have been properly informed and made the relevant choice. Updating a displayed date does not itself change your settings or give new consent.
