Delete your account

You can delete your iMeetPlace account at any time. Deletion is final.

In the app (fastest)

1. Open Me › Settings.
2. Tap Delete my account at the bottom.
3. Enter the 6-digit code we text or email you.

Without the app

Email support@imeetplace.com from the email address on your account (or, if your account uses a phone number only, tell us that number in the email). We confirm with a code before anything is deleted.

What happens

• Your account is closed immediately: no profile, no Orbit, no messages, no Meets.
• Within 30 days your photos, selfie checks, chat pictures, profile, devices and contact details are erased and your remaining records are anonymised.
• Paid subscriptions are cancelled with the store you bought them from (App Store or Google Play manage the refund rules); venue plans stop renewing.
• We keep what the law makes us keep, separated from any person: invoices and payment records (tax), safety reports and blocks, and the security audit trail. None of it names you once the purge runs.
